* Conduct pre-arranged face to face and SKYPE meetings with clients to offer advice on how best to structure their Will.
* Where appropriate make referrals for additional services e.g. trusts, LPAs
* Follow up with clients for further information and answering queries.
* Drafting Wills (training provided).
* Preparing and registering LPA forms.
* Assistance and attendance at client roadshows.
* Attendance and participation at regular company meetings.
* All related administration and updating of CRM.
* Help promote the business and identify and generate new opportunities.
3/4 days will be meetings with clients and 1/2 will be related admin.
Experience would be an advantage, but otherwise qualifications in Step, Cilex or Law Degree.
