Job Description

Our client are looking to strengthen our Will Drafting department with the appointment of a Will Drafter. Working closely with Team Leader and the rest of the team, the newly appointed Will Drafter will be directly responsible for drafting and revising Wills and nurturing the existing client base – being the first point of contact for answering technical queries from our clients as well as staff. You will be provided with regular training sessions to discuss various case studies, legislation changes and areas of Wills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Drafting and revising Wills

Reviewing client email responses to the requested outstanding information ensuring file can go to draft

Reviewing drafts prior to being sent to clients

Answering client calls and emails

Final edits

Final versions (support with printing and issuing)

Chasing outstanding information

LPAs

Preparing LPA forms

Submitting & registering LPAs

Updating CRM and creating new client files on CRM

Back up and assistance with other areas of the business during peak periods

Suggests ideas to improve team’s performance

Attends Roadshows as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great attention to detail

Strong numeracy skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly

Able to work independently as well as a part of the team

Able to prioritize workload well

Working to deadlines and SLAs
