Our client have an opportunity for a person to join their Admin Support Team.  You will be the face of their business and to meet and greet client.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in office admin/front of house
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good clear communication
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • PC literate – MS Office, Outlook/Word/Excel/Power point
  • Willingness to learn
  • Driver/car owner

Duties

  • Fielding incoming calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Typing reports, fees and letters
  • Assisting Practice Manager
  • Assisting with catering for meeting
  • General housekeeping duties
