To provide support within a busy office in Crowborough, working for a successful building services engineering company.
Tasks will include:-
- Answering the telephone phone
- Filling in account forms
- Ordering stationary
- Data inputting
- Assisting the directors and company secretary.
Previous experience is welcomed, but not necessary, however the successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work on their own, self-motivated and capable of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and accounts package. Training will be provided where necessary.
