The successful applicant will:
⦁ Have experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing, Mech/Electrical related background.
⦁ Display high levels of initiative and problem-solving acumen.
⦁ Show great organisation and time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
⦁ The ability to effectively prioritise a changing workload to meet deadlines
⦁ Be able to communicate effectively, using a range of methods, with other members of staff and sometimes customers.
⦁ Engage with others when working in a team to achieve a common goal.
⦁ Must be computer literate.
⦁ A recognised apprenticeship in an engineering or production environment.
⦁ Previous background in an engineering environment i.e. fitting, bench fitting, Pneumatic, mechanical / electronics assembly.
. Some supervisory or management skills.
⦁ Good understanding of technical drawings
⦁ Excellent attention to details and accuracy skills.
⦁ Adaptable and highly organised with a methodical approach.
⦁ Experience within a low volume high mix production environment.
⦁ Good communication skills
⦁ Driving Licence (preferably clean).
⦁ Enthusiasm, loyalty, flexibility, the ability to work with team members.
