Our client is recruiting a Financial Controller/Administrator to cover a one year maternity cover.  Working for a small, but very busy Company providing design, installation & management of all building services & engineering solutions.

The role includes:-

  • Meeting and greeting clients and suppliers
  • Assisting other members of staff
  • Completing weekly timesheets
  • Liaising with IT Company
  • Filing/Archiving/Shredding
  • Checking purchase invoices
  • Credits/POD follow ups
  • Assist with Staff expenses, including credit card
  • Typing and distributing supplier purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • GDPR policies
  • Supplier/subcontractor reporting
  • Raising sub contractor orders
  • T&Cs/Attendances/programme/in line with client
  • Managing sub contractor accounts and process
  • Check subcontractor insurances/pre qualifications
  • Organising sales applications
  • Experian checks
  • Sales invoices
  • Process for notification of non payment
  • Target buyout schedules
  • Mileage reporting
  • Contract overview list
  • Contracts/JCT contracts
  • Checking terms
  • Liaising with Solicitors

Applicants must be exceptionally organised, patient and use Excel at an advanced level.
