Job Role: Administrator/ Accounts manager

Our client has a growing, dynamic business looking for an experienced person to fill in the position of an administrator/ accounts manager. It’s an interesting and varied role, where every day gives new opportunities for learning and growth.

What we are looking for:

  • Educated to degree level, preferable within a technical discipline
  • Enthusiasm and passion to deliver excellent customer service
  • Pleasant, professional phone manner and strong telesales skills
  • Excellent proven organisation, multi-tasking skills and enjoyment in building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Speak fluent English and have excellent grammar/punctuation writing
  • Excellent computer skills, strong knowledge of Miscrosoft Office Suite (you will receive appropriate training on our internal CRM system)
  • Reliability and Punctuality, attention to detail, focus and resilience, motivation to achieve results
  • Prioritising workload and supporting the management team
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally

The role

  • Customer liaison, calendar bookings
  • set up and organise meetings with prospective clients
  • Assist in organising work diaries for the team
  • Filing and administrative duties
  • Updating customer
  • Organising clients open requests
  • Relaying information between team members
  • Consistently meet sales targets

This position is integral to the day to day running of the business and therefore requires a person who is proficient and consistent on a daily basis, a team player, gets jobs done, willing to learn and to grow with the company.

Essential skills to have:

At least 3 years of experience in accounts management role Microsoft knowledge
